New Features

• We have made general improvements and updates to the Vacancies page.

• There is a new filter on the Seafarers page, and you can now filter by a seafarer’s time on board in a specific rank.

• Under a Vessel’s Details in the Documents section, there is now a checkbox that lets you set an unlimited end date for a document.

• In Seafarer Profiles, the employer is now able to manually select the client status (Active, Left, Retired etc.) This is automatically shared with the relevant client.

• In Document Assembly, we have added some missing t ags for bank details.

• We have improved notifications for Assignments.

• On the Recruitments page, we added a Public column – i.e. is the job public or not.

• In Seafarer Profiles, we have added Lead Source and Recruiter to the Statuses section, under Additional Information. A Lead Source can be set in Settings > Seafarer Lead Sources and is (e.g.) cold calling, trade show, social media etc. The Recruiter can be selected from a drop-down list of user names and is the person who recruited the seafarer.

Bug Fixes

• Previously in Planning, a Manning Agent couldn’t delete a self-created draft entry – now they can.

• In the Dashboard, the Officer Matrix section is now fixed – before it would show incorrect checkmarks and red crosses but they’re now up to date.
